Updated Doc Apt
This morning I went to the doctor and the good news is he checked me! The disapointing but it's okay news is that my cervix is still closed and that his head is still pretty high. He also told me that I am really small and he doesn't even know that the baby will be able to drop because he's already a pretty good sized baby, but that we will see how the next week goes and see if I have progressed. So I asked him about all my contractions and the lower inner vaginal pain I have been feeling. He told me that he doesn't doubt that my body is doing things to get me into labor, and that I could still go into labor, but that the baby might not drop even if I did, but he could it's just hard to know. So I guess we will just see! And I will continue with the waiting game :)

3 More Weeks! / Frustrating Doc Apt
We are now on the count down with this pregnancy! I becam 37 weeks along this past week so I am now full term. He is more than welcome to come anytime! I am so excited and so ready to be done! It feels like I have been pregnant forever! And I am way excited to meet this little boy who is way too strong and big to be in my stomache anymore. :)
Also, this past week I really wanted to see how I was progressing labor wise. I really wanted him to check me so I could get a better idea of what my body is doing and where I am at since I have been having so many contractions. I know that could mean nothing or something, that's why I wanted to know, but my doctor was busy so another doctor at the office saw me and she refused to check me, but my doctor said he would have. I was so disapointed leaving my apt. Another reason why I want to know is because if my cervix is favorable my doctor said he would be fine to induce me at 39 weeks. Which I have heard the horror stories with inducing, but I don't care with how much contractions keep me up at night I just want it to be over.

Contractions
These last few days I have been having contractions like crazy. I have really strong ones through the night and then some minor ones and the braxton hics ones constantly through out the day as in every 10-15 minutes. I know this isn't labor yet but Does this mean anything? I am also sweating a lot (i know, gross) and feeling naucious every now and then. I go in for an appointment tomorrow so we will see what my doctor says I guess. Crazy! I still have 4 more weeks until my due date! Oh and he's dropped some.

Car Wreck/New Car
So this week has been kind of stressful. Joe got into a car wreck on Tues with a lady in an intersection. Luckily he and she are perfectly okay and it wasn't his fault (according to the police anyway. the other lady thinks otherwise). The car got towed away and then we got the news that it was a total loss. However, our great insurance gave us top dollar for it, so we were able to buy another car. So we spent all of Thursday (joe's day off) looking for a car, I have never seen my feet so swollen (but it was fine). And happily we found one that we thought was a pretty good deal. It's not our first choice of course, but it's a good l ittle car. It's a 2004 Ford Focus. We got it for 5,041 (plus all the other stuff you have to pay for). We like our new little "sweet sal". ;)
Our car after the Wreck. The engine wouldn't start at all and the transmission was messed up too.

Baby Shower
This past weekend my mom and my sisters threw me a baby shower down in Blanding. There were a lot of people gone from blanding, (those of you who were I completely understand) but it was still a lot of fun! It was cute because my mom made it a 4th of July themed baby shower because baby Jace is due July 3rd. Thank you all for all your wonderful gifts and your presence! It's all very much appreciated!

Ups & Downs of Pregnancy
Pregnancy has been so funny for me lately and I'm sure very confusing for Joe. I think my hormones are going wacko because one minute I am pouring my eyes and heart out about how scared I am to be a mom and how I don't want to be pregnant anymore. Then later that night or the next day thinking. . . wow my life is so great I'm so excited for this little one to come and just day dreaming about what he'll be like, while I enjoy him kicking. . . It's just so funny! I'm writing this in my day dreaming mood which is probably for the better!

Women's Conference
Every year it's a tradition for my sisters, my mom and I to come together for women's conference. And every single year it's a blast! I love my girls! We always stay up late talking, go shopping or go out to eat and eat junk food. This year on Wed we went for a spa day and it was a amazing! My pregnant body loved every minute of it! :)
These are all my cousins and aunts that attend as well. We run into them through out the time and even spend wed night eating dinner at my cousin mealisa's house with all of them. They are great!
Us eating dinner at an Argentine Restuarant! Although, my dish wasn't my favorite it was still fun.
